A cena, exibida no tel\u00e3o do Gillette Stadium, em Massachusetts, trouxe \u00e0 tona discuss\u00f5es sobre os limites entre vida pessoal e profissional, especialmente quando figuras p\u00fablicas ou com cargos de confian\u00e7a est\u00e3o envolvidas.<\/p>\n<p>Identificados como Andy Byron, CEO, e Kristin Cabot, chefe de Recursos Humanos (HR) da empresa Astronomer, os dois protagonistas do v\u00eddeo foram expostos em escala global. A CLT at\u00e9 prev\u00ea a possibilidade de repara\u00e7\u00e3o por \u2018Dano Extrapatrimonial\u2019 \u2014 que inclui les\u00f5es \u00e0 imagem, honra e intimidade \u2014 mas essa aplica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 restrita a situa\u00e7\u00f5es que afetem diretamente o v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, para que um epis\u00f3dio pessoal como o do show do Coldplay gerasse consequ\u00eancias formais no ambiente de trabalho, seria necess\u00e1rio comprovar que a conduta afetou objetivamente o desempenho profissional, a confian\u00e7a ou a imagem da pessoa dentro da empresa.
