Para enfrentar essa disparidade, empresas t\u00eam ampliado iniciativas voltadas \u00e0 inclus\u00e3o, que v\u00e3o desde programas de mentoria at\u00e9 pol\u00edticas de recrutamento e benef\u00edcios corporativos.<\/p>\n<p>Na BlaBlaCar, por exemplo, o programa global de mentoria RISE j\u00e1 envolveu 128 colaboradoras desde 2022. No Brasil, os resultados se destacam: atualmente, 62% dos cargos de lideran\u00e7a da startup s\u00e3o ocupados por mulheres, entre elas, a presidente local, Tatiana Mattos, que tamb\u00e9m foi participante da iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fenati.org.br\/intoxicacao-por-metanol-posso-beber-neste-fim-de-semana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LEIA: Intoxica\u00e7\u00e3o por metanol: Posso beber neste fim de semana?<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/pt.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IFood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">iFood<\/a> mant\u00e9m o programa Elas S\u00e3o, voltado especificamente para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de engenheiras e desenvolvedoras de software. Nas \u00faltimas edi\u00e7\u00f5es, foram oferecidas mais de 100 vagas, distribu\u00eddas entre posi\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00fanior e s\u00eanior.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 a Siemens Energy aposta tanto em forma\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7as femininas, com iniciativas como o Female Leadership Program Latam e o Catalyst Program, quanto em metas de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, com metade das vagas de est\u00e1gio da companhia destinada a mulheres.
