Mulheres –<\/strong> A desigualdade salarial entre homens e mulheres em Mato Grosso do Sul chegou a 22,5% no fim de 2025. \u00c9 o que revela levantamento do IBGE<\/a> (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica), com base nos dados da PNAD (Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domic\u00edlios) Cont\u00ednua, que monitora indicadores do mercado de trabalho e da renda no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Mesmo em um cen\u00e1rio de desemprego historicamente baixo no Estado, a diferen\u00e7a de rendimentos permanece significativa. No quarto trimestre, os homens registraram rendimento m\u00e9dio de R$ 4.094, enquanto as mulheres receberam, em m\u00e9dia, R$ 3.175, uma diferen\u00e7a de R$ 919.<\/p>\n

O estudo tamb\u00e9m aponta desigualdades quando analisado o recorte por cor ou ra\u00e7a. Trabalhadores que se declararam brancos tiveram renda m\u00e9dia de R$ 4.499. J\u00e1 as pessoas pardas receberam R$ 3.126 e as pretas, R$ 3.162. O levantamento indica que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o parda ganha cerca de 29% a menos que a branca.<\/p>\n

A escolaridade aparece como outro fator determinante para a renda. Profissionais com ensino superior completo tiveram rendimento m\u00e9dio de R$ 5.960, enquanto aqueles com ensino m\u00e9dio completo receberam R$ 2.966, diferen\u00e7a superior a 100%.<\/p>\n

Entre os trabalhadores com menor n\u00edvel de instru\u00e7\u00e3o, os valores s\u00e3o ainda mais reduzidos. Pessoas sem instru\u00e7\u00e3o ou com menos de um ano de estudo registraram rendimento m\u00e9dio de R$ 1.999.<\/p>\n

Considerando todos os trabalhos, o rendimento m\u00e9dio real habitual em Mato Grosso do Sul foi de R$ 3.693 no quarto trimestre. O valor \u00e9 considerado estatisticamente est\u00e1vel tanto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao trimestre anterior quanto na compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2024.<\/p>\n
