O avan\u00e7o pode representar um novo passo no desenvolvimento de rob\u00f4s humanoides mais sens\u00edveis e com respostas mais pr\u00f3ximas das capacidades humanas.<\/p>\n<p>A tecnologia elimina a necessidade de sensores externos adicionais, frequentemente utilizados para fornecer percep\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e1til a m\u00e1quinas. Em vez disso, a capacidade de sentir e reagir est\u00e1 incorporada na pr\u00f3pria estrutura do material, inspirada no funcionamento do sistema nervoso biol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/fenati.org.br\/avanco-da-ia-impulsiona-demanda-profissionais-seniores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LEIA: Avan\u00e7o da IA impulsiona demanda por profissionais seniores<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>O projeto, publicado na revista cient\u00edfica Advanced Materials, utiliza canais microsc\u00f3picos preenchidos com metal l\u00edquido inseridos em um composto especial. A estrutura foi projetada para reproduzir simultaneamente sinais motores e sensoriais, permitindo que o pr\u00f3prio m\u00fasculo desempenhe fun\u00e7\u00f5es de movimento e percep\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O sistema combina dois tipos diferentes de elast\u00f4meros em uma \u00fanica pe\u00e7a. Um componente exerce uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o semelhante \u00e0 de tend\u00f5es, oferecendo maior rigidez, enquanto o outro responde \u00e0 estimula\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica, gerando calor e produzindo a contra\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica do tecido artificial.<\/p>\n<p>No interior da estrutura, dois canais de metal l\u00edquido desempenham pap\u00e9is distintos. Um deles atua no processo de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o por aquecimento; o outro identifica deforma\u00e7\u00f5es e mede mudan\u00e7as na estrutura do material. Com isso, rob\u00f4s conseguem detectar a for\u00e7a aplicada ao tocar objetos.<\/p>\n<p>Em testes realizados com garras mec\u00e2nicas, o material demonstrou capacidade para manipular itens delicados sem danific\u00e1-los. O sistema conseguiu diferenciar caracter\u00edsticas como tamanho e rigidez dos objetos de forma aut\u00f4noma.<\/p>\n<p>Para reproduzir movimentos semelhantes aos do corpo humano, os pesquisadores organizaram os m\u00fasculos artificiais em pares que trabalham em dire\u00e7\u00f5es opostas, simulando o funcionamento de grupos musculares como b\u00edceps e tr\u00edceps.<\/p>\n<p>A equipe agora trabalha em m\u00e9todos para automatizar a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o do tecido artificial e ampliar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em escala.
