{"id":6381,"date":"2024-09-26T16:00:41","date_gmt":"2024-09-26T19:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/feittinf.org.br\/?p=6381"},"modified":"2024-09-30T16:33:43","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T19:33:43","slug":"negociacoes-coletivas-impulsiona-renda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/homolog.fenati.org.br\/en\/negociacoes-coletivas-impulsiona-renda\/","title":{"rendered":"Negocia\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas impulsionaram renda dos trabalhadores, afirma Banco Central"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Negocia\u00e7\u00f5es Coletivas &#8211; <\/strong>O \u00faltimo Relat\u00f3rio de Infla\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central, divulgado nesta quinta-feira (25), demonstrou que a renda dos trabalhadores teve ganho real em 2024 no Brasil devido \u00e0s negocia\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas realizadas por sindicatos ao redor do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>O BC reuniu dados das conven\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas que mostraram que mais de 80% das negocia\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas realizadas at\u00e9 agosto deste ano tiveram reajuste salarial acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, frente aos 67% registrados no mesmo per\u00edodo de 2023, \u201caproximando-se dos n\u00edveis do in\u00edcio da d\u00e9cada anterior, quando o mercado de trabalho estava bastante aquecido\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/feittinf.org.br\/decreto-eleva-salarios-terceirizados-setor-publico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leia mais: Decreto eleva sal\u00e1rios de trabalhadores terceirizados no setor p\u00fablico; entenda<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ainda de acordo com o relat\u00f3rio, o resultado \u00e9 similar ao registrado pelo Boletim Salari\u00f4metro, da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fipe.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fipe (Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Instituto de Pesquisas Econ\u00f4micas)<\/a>. \u201cReajustes predominantemente acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam sido observados em diversas atividades econ\u00f4micas\u201d, constata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mercado de trabalho aquecido<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Segundo a an\u00e1lise, o cen\u00e1rio aponta para o aquecimento do mercado de trabalho formal. Com base em dados do Caged, o BC observa que os pedidos de demiss\u00e3o e a rotatividade do emprego est\u00e3o em patamares elevados. Tais \u00edndices s\u00e3o pr\u00f3-c\u00edclicos, ou seja, crescem quando a economia est\u00e1 aquecida, explica.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEnquanto a rotatividade tem acompanhado a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa de desocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, os desligamentos volunt\u00e1rios distanciaram-se desse indicador nos \u00faltimos meses, atingido patamar mais alto do que o observado em 2014, quando a taxa de desocupa\u00e7\u00e3o era semelhante \u00e0 atual\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O BC nota ainda que o tempo para se encontrar um novo emprego tem diminu\u00eddo.
