O levantamento, conduzido pela empresa YouGov, teve como base entrevistas online com 97 mil participantes de 48 pa\u00edses \u2014 incluindo Brasil, Argentina e Col\u00f4mbia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Os chatbots com IA est\u00e3o sendo utilizados pela primeira vez como fonte de informa\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, resume Mitali Mukherjee, diretora do Instituto Reuters para o Estudo do Jornalismo, na apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cDigital News Report 2025\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fenati.org.br\/como-um-ponto-final-pode-alterar-respostas-chatgpt\/\">FONTE: Como um ponto final pode alterar as respostas do ChatGPT<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os dados, os entrevistados veem nos chatbots um recurso \u00fatil para adequar conte\u00fados informativos \u00e0s suas necessidades pessoais. Entre os principais usos citados est\u00e3o a capacidade de resumir textos (27%), traduzir conte\u00fados para outros idiomas (24%), sugerir mat\u00e9rias ou not\u00edcias (21%) e responder a perguntas sobre temas atuais (18%).<\/p>\n<p>Apesar da ades\u00e3o crescente, a confian\u00e7a ainda \u00e9 limitada. Em diversos pa\u00edses, os participantes da pesquisa expressam reservas quanto ao papel da IA na produ\u00e7\u00e3o jornal\u00edstica, preferindo que a atua\u00e7\u00e3o humana continue predominando. As principais preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es dizem respeito \u00e0 falta de clareza e \u00e0 menor confiabilidade de not\u00edcias geradas por IA.<\/p>\n<p>As tecnologias de IA funcionam com base em grandes volumes de dados extra\u00eddos da internet, o que inclui conte\u00fados jornal\u00edsticos, e podem gerar textos e imagens a partir de simples comandos escritos em linguagem natural.<\/p>\n<p>Na busca por modelos de monetiza\u00e7\u00e3o, parte dos ve\u00edculos optou por firmar parcerias com empresas desenvolvedoras dessas tecnologias. Outros, no entanto, recorreram \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a alegando infra\u00e7\u00f5es de direitos autorais.
